[AVIATION]. Group of 3 World War I Era Graf Zeppelin Medallions or Badges. [Germany: ca. 1910s]. One yellow medal (spelt or pot metal), one metal medallion (pewter?), one metal badge with pin (brass?), all commemorating Graf Ferdinand Von Zeppelin and his invention. Sizes range from approximately 3" in diameter to 1 ½" in diameter. Some minor occasional wear. Fine. The medal is an image of Zeppelin and his invention (“Zeppelin"); the medallion is a relief portrait of Zeppelin with the following legend on the verso “Durch Muth und Ausdauer zum Sieg [Through Courage and Perserverance to Victory]"; the badge has the legend: “Luftschiff Graf Zeppeli Seit 1895" along with a relief image of the airship. An excellent collection of World War I-era items.
