[AVIATION]. [LINDBERGH, Charles (1902-1974), association]. Group of 3 Vintage Souvenir Items, including: “New-York / Lindbergh / Paris" Tapestry. [France: ca. late 1920s]. Tapestry depicting Lindbergh at center with his French Legion of Honor medal, with imagery of New York city at the left and Paris at the right, with his legendary plane, The Spirit of St. Louis in the background. “Made in France / Registered" on verso. Approximately 53 ½ x 19". Faded, much of the marginal fringes are missing or partially missing, occasional soiling. A very good version of the uncommon large version of this tapestry. And: one bookend of Lindbergh with the legend: “La Ville de Paris a Charles Lindbergh en Commoration de la Premiere Traverse de L'Atlantique…" [France, ca. 1920s-30s]. Brass (?) bookend (only one is present). Approximately 8 ½" high. Mild tarnishing, else fine. And: “Lindy Bank". [N.p., ca. 1920s-30s] Metal (most likely pot metal) bust of Lindbergh in his aviator hat and goggles with golden finish. Approximately 6 ½" high. Lid underneath bank is lacking, some wear, scuffing. Good.
