Some marginal sunning, edges worn, chipped, margins with glue residue, 1 horizontal crease). Good. On recto is a sketch or flowchart of what appears to be rocket exhaust with numerous notes (some added later by Tsiolkovsky). Pencil and ink notes on verso. Recto and verso both signed by Tsiolkovsky. Text is untranslated. With COA of the International Charitable Foundation for Support of Russian Cosmonauts (COA is in Russian - an English translation is included).
