Very good. FIRST EDITION, WARMLY INSCRIBED BY ARLEN ON THE VERSO OF THE FFEP: “For Jackson – The gifted friend from Charleston From the Buffalo choir boy Harold 4-16-61". Inscription has bled-through to the ffep. Arlen and Koehler were two of the most successful American composers (Arlen co-wrote the songs for The Wizard of Oz (1939 – notably “Over the Rainbow"), Arlen and Koehler co-wrote “Get Happy," “Stormy Weather," and they co-wrote songs for the legendary night club, The Cotton Club.
