Laid-in is a folding double-page color portrait (from the Coronation Number of “Country Life") of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth). A beautiful souvenir of the coronation of King George VI, who assumed the throne after the abdication of King Edward VIII, and the father of Queen Elizabeth II, and the grandfather to King Charles III. He was the subject of the critically-acclaimed film, The King's Speech (2010, directed by Tom Hooper).
