Fine. FIRST EDITION, FIRST PRINTING, THE FIRST HARDCOVER APPEARANCE OF KING'S CONTROVERSIAL NOVEL, “RAGE," WHICH HAS NOT BEEN REPRINTED – RARE IN THIS CONDITION. After several school mass murderers cited “Rage" as one of their influences, King had it permanently taken out of print.
