Including: a program and invitation to “A Toast To Our Lady" Mrs. Ruth Bowen, at the New York Hilton, March 14, 1973, hosted by Aretha Franklin, Sammy Davis Jr., and Ray Charles (with a photo, presumably from the event, laid inside); a seating chart of the Grand Ballroom at the New York Hilton at Rockefeller Plaza, annotated with proposed seating arrangements; a record-shaped “Platter Chatter" booklet which lists Bowen as a disc jockey inside; and a photograph portrait of an unidentified man in military uniform (5 ¾ x 4").
