Each page with one horizontal and one vertical crease, toned, soiled, numerous marginal tears, chips. Fair. At the bottom left corner of page 1 is the following ad: “For Sale, At the Foot of the Ridge near Snicker's Gap, in Loudon County, Virginia, A Tract of Land, Containing about 2500 acres: it is not the first quality, but good farming land… John Augustus Washington (John Augustine Washington, Sr. (1736-1787), younger brother to George Washington, and a planter and politician).
