Each page 15 ¾ x 10". One horizontal crease at center, one vertical crease on each page; first page completely torn at this crease, heavily worn, soiled, numerous tears. Top margin trimmed a bit close. Fair. With notices for lost horses, goods for sale, and slave sales. And: The Pennsylvania Packet, and Daily Advertiser. Saturday, February 12, 1785. No. 1879. Philadelphia: Printed and sold by John Dunlap and David C. Claypoole. 4 folio pages on one large folded folio sheet. Each page 18 ½ x 11 ½". Each page with one horizontal and one vertical crease, toned, soiled, numerous marginal tears, chips. Fair. At the bottom left corner of page 1 is the following ad: “For Sale, At the Foot of the Ridge near Snicker's Gap, in Loudon County, Virginia, A Tract of Land, Containing about 2500 acres: it is not the first quality, but good farming land… John Augustus Washington (John Augustine Washington, Sr. (1736-1787), younger brother to George Washington, and a planter and politician).
