Wetmore inserted at front (Wetmore was a prominent attorney and landowner). Publisher's full blue–grey morocco ruled and lettered in gilt in an Art Deco design, blue silk moiré endpapers, spine gilt, gilt–stamped by Arthur Hertzberg (spine a bit sunned, some rubbing to binding, endleaves and hinges a bit sunned); original full blue cloth slipcase (worn, soiled with some splitting). Very good. A highly limited issue souvenir album which was considered “BY FAR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL" SOUVENIR OF THE CENTURY OF PROGRESS EXPOSITION." Produced by the fair's official photographers, these remarkable images captured “a new style of architecture, art deco" and is a “splendid sample" of the photographer's artistry.
