Sleeve Holdout with Instruction Manual. London: Max Andrews, ca. 1950. Made primarily for use by magicians but could easily have been used by sharpers to hold out cards or switch dice. Fork attachment at end can be unscrewed and replaced by a holder for dice. Flesh-colored paint. Good working condition.
