Rebound in full calf in the style of the period. Small 8vo. Margins cropped close at top, occasionally grazing headers, a few scattered marks and pencil notes; very good overall. A book of original medical treatments (considered to be more effective than some “traditional” medical treatments of the era) by the famous German physician of the sixteenth century, translated from Latin by Ferdinando Parkhurst.
