[Blackstone, Harry] Two Assistant’s Hats from Harry Blackstone Sr.’s Illusion Show. Late 1940s. Two broad-brimmed celluloid hats, one with dangling round tassels, worn by two of the “gorgeous girls” in Harry Blackstone Sr.’s magic show. The larger 18 ¼” diameter. Trimmed with yellow braid; well worn. Accompanied by a later photograph of Blackstone surrounded by his assistants wearing these hats.
