All Four Beatles Signatures on a “Yellow Submarine” Production Pencil Drawing. Signed on a graphite production sketch from a deleted movie scene (the “Hey Bulldog” song), this piece was acquired in 1981 from the noted rock photographer Vincent Zuffante, who got each Beatle to sign, as he was representing the Star File Photo Agency at the time. These autographs were collected during a period that found the Beatles generally unhappy with one other, and getting all to sign the same item was almost impossible. Zuffante accomplished this with strategic folds, hiding the other signatures from each signer. The Ringo Starr signature is on a business card pasted to the sheet. This piece has been held privately since 1981, and recently certified by noted Beatles archivist Roger Epperson (COA included). A rare grouping of all Fab Four signatures on a pre-production sketch from the iconic movie. Light folds, otherwise good.
