Six Months’ Residence and Travels in Mexico… London: John Murray, 1824. 8vo. 16 aquatints including folding frontispiece (4 hand–colored), 2 folding plates (plan and map) by J. Clark chiefly after Bullock. Early half calf over marbled boards, two citrus morocco lettering–pieces gilt, gilt centerpieces and fillets in compartments (upper joint professionally repaired, boards gently rubbed). [Bound in with:] 32–pp. descriptive catalogue by Bullock describing his Mexican exhibition at Egyptian Hall which, according to Howes, was printed in 1840. Provenance: Henry Eustatius Strickland (engraved bookplate); bibliographical note in manuscript by Wright Howes on front pastedown.
