Accompanied by a photo of the sign attached to the club's ceiling near the exit. Box approximately 14 ½ x 10 ½ x 5". Non-functional, soiled, worn, front of “Exit" sign is a bit loose - sign is covered with graffiti or stickers. Authenticated by the Item's Owner, Lisa J.
