KRESKIN (George Kresge, 1935-2024). Kreskin's “Tonight Show" Presidential Prediction Safe. A grey metal safe owned and used by Kreskin to house his prediction of the 2012 American presidential election. The safe was delivered to host Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show in 2011, and its contents were revealed on the day following the 2012 election. Sold together with a photo of Kreskin presenting the safe to Fallon, and another image showing him revealing the prediction on the show, together with Fallon, Pharrell Williams, and Black Thought (lead singer of the show's house band, The Roots). Approximately 14 x 16 x 16". Together with a smaller box also used as part of the presidential prediction, with Kreksin's business card affixed to the lid.
