Ron Cey LA Dodgers Signed Penguin Lamp. 1982. Figural ceramic desk lamp depicting Ron Cey aka “The Penguin" with #10 jersey and “Cey" emblazoned on the back. SIGNED by Cey on the lamp shade in marker. Maker's mark and date on lamp base. Height 17". Shade spotted and with two cracks on the side opposite the signature. It's believed that only a handful of these lamps were produced, and that they may even have been gifts to Cey from the band Fleetwood Mac, who released an album entitled Penguin. A penguin was the band's sometime mascot. Shade with faults; base very good. Original wiring.
