[LOST WORLD]. A group of 4 stills featuring the Rothacker Film Manufacturing Company, 2 stamp-signed headshots from actors in The Lost World, and a page from The Chicago Evening Post about Watterson R. Rothacker. [V.p., ca. 1920s].

Black and white photos. Approximately 10 x 8” and smaller. (Some toning, wear, creasing). Four photos of behind the scenes of shooting a film at the Rothacker studios, headshots of Bessie Love (with painted red lipstick) and Lloyd Hughes (both of whom performed in The Lost World). The page about Rothacker is excised from The Chicago Evening Post (approximately 11 ¼ x 8 ¼”) is barely toned; it comes with a COA from Period Paper. Rothacker was one of the producers of The Lost World, although his studio was primarily known for industrial and instructional films, and later became one of the largest film processing laboratories in the United States.
