Billet Knife. Circa 1910. Finely crafted ersatz knife secretly loads a billet or bill in to a sealed envelope. Unusual spring-loaded mechanism concealed in handle and blade. 10” long. Minor splitting to blade, else very good. A unusually fine example of this secret device.
