Wide margins; replaced losses and repaired tears in margins including restored loss to upper right corner; repaired tears with restoration in image; scattered creases and light discoloration. B-/C+. A rare and attractive poster. This is probably Hohlwein’s only poster advertising a residential architect; Hohlwein himself originally trained as an architect. Here, the pattern of the house’s columns and arched windows is contrasted against a stone wall and greenery, showing dabbles of citrus growth which also reappear on the balcony.
