Double Cut and Color Change Ribbon Restoration. Pittsburgh: R. Schlunegger, ca. 1930. Spectator chooses a red or blue ribbon, which marked, and then threaded through the cabinet. The center is cut from the ribbon, and moments later from the second piece; the ribbon in the cabinet is restored with the odd-colored strip. Unusual routine and mechanically complex device; one of only 12 units manufactured. Cabinet measures 13 x 3 ¾ x 8". With instructions. Minor paint wear. RARE.
